1) While we're new here, we've been selling on eBay for a bit now and have plenty of reviews over there to help you feel confident about purchasing from us. Please check them out here!
2) Quality and customer satisfaction are our priorities. We provide accurate descriptions of our products so you know exactly what you're buying. And you can expect your purchases to perform as well or better than the descriptions or we'll make it right.
3) All used vinyl is play tested for grading. We are not one of those stores that looks at the record surface and says "it looks pretty good". We listen to the record, grade it and describe it based on how it actually plays so you can make an informed decision as a buyer.
4) We ship fast and pack very securely. We're collectors too...we know that sinking feeling when you open a package to find a record destroyed by the shipping process... or the hassle that comes with making an order and then hearing nothing from the seller as you wait days or even weeks to see if your order will be fulfilled. We promise to communicate with you and make the ordering and shipping process as quick and hassle-free as possible.
