Shipping policy

Orders are typically fulfilled within 0-1 business days.  Business days for order fulfillment are Monday through Saturday with a cutoff time of 12:00pm, U.S. Central Daylight Time (Chicago time zone).  Items are shipped Monday through Saturday except on holidays that result in closure of the United States Postal Service ("USPS"). 

Tracking numbers for shipments are always provided to customers.  

Domestic US shipping is free for orders over $200.

Domestic US orders are generally shipped using USPS Media Mail for qualifying items, or USPS Ground Advantage for other items.  If a customer requests/pays for different shipping, we use commercially reasonable efforts to honor that request and if it can not be honored we will notify the customer and use commercially reasonable efforts to find a similar or better alternative shipping option. 

International orders (delivery outside the US) are generally shipped using Priority Mail International services from the USPS.  Priority Mail International generally takes 6-10 business days (excluding customs delays) to arrive and is limited to 20 or 30 kilograms (44 or 66 pounds, respectively) as the maximum package weight, depending on delivery location.
