Sleeve grades VG+.  No material issues but also not "like new".  Just an old gatefold sleeve in really good condition.

Vinyl grades VG.  For the most part it play tests VG+ but there are areas including the first ~30 seconds of A1 with some pops and crackle.  The surface noise stays behind the music but VG is the appropriate rating.  Vinyl surface has various light scratches, surface marks and hairlines also inline with the grading.
