Sleeve grades VG+.  Fantastic condition with a couple light corner dings.  Includes original custom inner sleeve and the "Remedies For Fatigue" insert booklet.  Autograph is in gold pen and excellent condition.

Vinyl grades VG+.  Play tests with no issues.  Surface shows some light surface marks/hairlines under magnification but no scratches and nothing that impacts playback.
