Sleeve grades VG+.  Some ringwear, intact seams, some aging discoloration.  Signed on back in ink; signatures in excellent condition.

Vinyl grades VG.  Side A plays VG+, Side B has a bit of crackle behind the music.  The surface is very clean but does show some wavy superficial marks that don't impact playback.
