Sleeve grades VG+.  Almost "like new" condition, minor corner dings on the right side of cover, otherwise almost NM condition.

Vinyl grades VG+.  Appears to have never been played but there are maybe 2-4 light surface marks visible under bright light/magnification that keep it from being graded NM.  Likely only opened for the artists to autograph the cover.
