LaVette! is a studio album released June 16, 2023 by soul legend Bettye LaVette that serves as a tribute to the songwriting of Randall Bramblett (American musician and singer-songwriter whose career as a solo artist, session player and touring musician has spanned five decades.  He has worked with Gregg Allman, Bonnie Raitt, Robbie Robertson, Elvin Bishop, Steve Winwood, Bonnie Bramlett, B.J. Thomas, Widespread Panic, Jay E. Livingston and Roger Glover, among others).  Produced by Steve Jordan (currently drummer for The Rolling Stones and former band member for Saturday Night Live and Late Night With David Letterman among other projects), the album captures LaVette's raw, gravelly soul and is widely considered one of her loosest and most daring works.  The album's sound is a funky and atmospheric mix of blues, R&B, gospel and swamp rock and also includes collaborations with Steve Winwood, John Mayer, Ray Parker Jr. and Jon Batiste.
