You are purchasing a brand new, sealed in shrink wrap, 12" EP.  The sleeve is a white generic sleeve with some dings under the shrink wrap.   The upper left front corner is not discoloration but faded yellow writing that says "4 New Dylan Songs".   The upper left back corner has a FOR PROMOTION ONLY gold stamp and the labels state "Demonstration Not For Sale" at the top.  The vinyl is presumed NM as it's still sealed and never been handled or played.
