Released in July 1982 as a precursor to their landmark Plastic Surgery Disasters LP, the 12" single for "Bleed for Me" serves as a scathing, paranoia-fueled indictment of U.S. foreign policy, state-sanctioned torture, and CIA covert operations. Driven by Klaus Flouride's hypnotic, pulsing bassline and East Bay Ray’s jagged, echo-drenched guitar leads, the track captures Dead Kennedys at their most dark and atmospheric. Extended across the 12-inch format to maximize bass response and sonic punch, this UK Statik Records pressing includes the brutal B-side "Life Sentence" alongside a rare live rendition of "Moral Majority," making it an indispensable extended single from the band's peak political era.

1982 UK import/release by Statik Records (STAT 2212) and Alternative Tentacles (VIRUS 23).  First pressing of 12" single.

Sleeve grades VG+.  Pretty close to NM with maybe some light corner dings.  Includes original insert.

Vinyl grades VG+.  Play tests clean with no issues.  Vinyl surface shows some light surface marks/hairlines under magnification that don't impact playback.
