LISSY TRULLIE - LISSY TRULLIE
The definitive sound of the post-punk 'Coolest Girl in New York' era. Following her breakout Self-Taught Learner EP, Lissy Trullie’s 2012 self-titled full-length is a polished, sharp-edged blend of downtown grit and New Wave pop. Produced by John Hill (Santigold, M.I.A.) and Dave Sitek (TV on the Radio), the record pairs driving basslines with Trullie’s signature deadpan delivery. A high-fashion, high-energy gem from the peak Wichita lineup—perfect for fans of Blondie, The Strokes, or early 2010s indie-glam.
