Sleeve grades VG+.  Paper sleeve with excellent finish/color and sharp corners with intact seams.  Some wrinkling at the top opening and a touch of ringwear downgrade this to VG+.

Vinyl grades VG+.  Cleaned vinyl plays through with no issues or deficiencies.  There are a handful of light surface marks and hairlines on the disc visible under direct bright light/magnification that do not impact playback.
