1989 UK import/self-release by The Grid, catalog # GRID I.  Single-sided 12" vinyl with the single "On The Grid".  This was a DJ only promotional release.  Catalog # SAM 591 is typically crossed out in the runouts.

The subject 12" single is still factory sealed and the vinyl is presumed in NM condition.  The sleeve grades VG+ due to some dings over time; the shrink wrap is still on the cover but is torn in the upper left front.
