You are purchasing a brand new, never played, near mint condition album.  Both the sleeve and discs are new/NM.  While there is a sticker sealing the bonus 7" sleeve, the master cover shipped unsealed from the manufacturer/distributor without shrink wrap.  The disc has not been played or handled other than to place it in an audiophile archival sleeve for shipping.
