BOB DYLAN - WHEN THE NIGHT COMES FALLING FROM THE SKY / DARK EYES

Australian PROMO 7" from 1985

Disc grades VG - side A plays VG+, side B has some crackle.  Comes with cardboard A&M records sleeve.

Extremely rare 1985 Australian CBS radio promo 7" 45 RPM single featuring Bob Dylan’s dance-rock anthem "When The Night Comes Falling From The Sky" b/w the haunting, acoustic album closer "Dark Eyes"! Issued under catalog number BA 3343, this official Australian promo features gold factory stamp / white sample promo text indicating radio-only distribution. Engineered with high-octane production from dance/hip-hop legend Arthur Baker, the A-side serves as a prime artifact of Dylan's mid-80s Empire Burlesque era, while "Dark Eyes" delivers one of his finest stripped-down, acoustic folk performances of the decade. Australian CBS 80s Dylan promos are notoriously difficult to source outside Oceania, making this an essential trophy piece for worldwide Bob Dylan completionists and rare regional 45 collectors!
