You are purchasing a brand new, still sealed in shrinkwrap, promo copy for radio stations.  The semi-generic white sleeve has some dings and creasing under the shrink wrap.  The back cover has a gold promo stamp and a letter to radio stations signed by Dave Herman from WNEW-FM dated July 30, 1981.   The letter notes "Except for a brief interview many years ago, this is the only other time Dylan has made himself available to a nationa lradio audience.
