Sleeve is a generic white cardboard outer with "The Vipers" stamped three times as well as a "PROMO COPY DEMO ONLY" stamp.  The back has a sheet with band photos/info pasted on it.  There are three inserts - two glossy band photos and a sheet with band photos/info on one side (same as back cover) and Midnight Records info on the other side.

Vinyl grades VG+.  Plays through with no issues or deficiencies.  A side is pretty much NM.  B side has a handful of light surface marks and hairlines that don't impact playback.
