Sleeve grades VG. The sleeve overall is in excellent condition and still in the original shrink wrap. The original printed inner sleeve is also included in excellent condition (though disc will ship in new audiophile sleeve). There's a crease in the lower left of the back of the sleeve, though I don't see it coming through to the front. There's also a tiny surface tear at the opening on the front about 2 inches from the top. These two deficiencies result in my downgrade to VG.
Vinyl play grades Strong VG+ (my highest grade for uséd vinyl). Playback is pretty much perfect, no surface noise or other issues. Vinyl looks beautiful and only has a handful of very light surface marks/hairlines when examined directly under bright light. Almost a near mint disc.
