Released on the short-lived Deaf Ear Records label, this rare 2003 7" vinyl release serves as an uncompromising, high-velocity blast of lo-fi garage punk and abrasive noise energy. The brief, hard-hitting tracklist cuts through a gauntlet of distortion-drenched guitar riffs, chaotic drum patterns, and snotty, irreverent vocal deliveries, shifting seamlessly from the confrontational title track on Side A to fast-paced underground noise-punk anthems on Side B. 2003 US release by Deaf Ear Records, no catalog number.  This double 7" single includes a foldover paper sleeve, insert with band info and two 7" discs, the first with A - Rats! (With Cocks This Long) and B - Mein Death Kamph Shuffle playing at 45 RPM, the second with C1 - Dump On The Chump, C2 - Surfin' (With Steve And Idi Amin) and D - Dump On The Chump (Reprise) playing at 33 RPM.

Sleeve grades in VG+ to NM range.  It basically looks just opened with sharp corners and clean white cardstock - perhaps a slight wrinkle or two.  The original insert is included and also in great condition, if not NM then pretty close to it.  Original generic white sleeves are included but discs will ship in new archival Diskeeper sleeves.

Vinyl grades VG+.  Play tested perfectly coming through crisp and clear with no issues or deficiencies.  The vinyl surfaces are very clean with just a handful of very light surface marks/hairlines visible under direct bright light and magnification - maybe 8-10 in total across all four sides.
