An absolute holy grail of punk/shock-rock pressings, this original 1980 UK limited-edition press of the Plasmatics’ debut album New Hope for the Wretched (Stiff Records – SEEZ 24) is pressed on wild "Orange Vomit" splatter vinyl. Fronted by the iconic, fearless Wendy O. Williams and engineered with pure theatrical chaos, this album merges heavy metal riffs, chainsaw-driven punk rock, and raw shock-value pop hooks. Contract-pressed in extremely small numbers by Sound Manufacturing (identified by the C5259 stamper codes), this visually striking splatter variant perfectly matches the anarchic spirit of tracks like "Butcher Baby," "Tight Black Pants," and "Headbanger." Sleeve grades VG+.  Great color/finish/gloss on both sides with original "Pay No More Than £3.99" sticker on front cover.  Intact spine/seams, edgewear on bottom and top, light diagonal crease on upper right front corner.  Includes original inner sleeve.

Vinyl grades VG+. Play tests great with no issues or deficiencies.  Vinyl looks clean under magnification, certainly nothing that impacts play back is present, but it's very difficult to see any marks on colored vinyl like this.
