ROBYN HITCHCOCK w/ PETER BUCK, ANDY METCALFE, KIMBERLEY REW, MORRIS WINDSOR & MATTHEW SELIGMAN - A CONCERT FOR REFUGEE RELIEF IN BOSNIA

A monumental artifact of alternative rock history, this recording captures the night the "Men in Lightbulb Heads" reclaimed their crown for a cause. Recorded on October 17th, 1992, at London’s Powerhaus, the show was a benefit for refugee relief in Bosnia. Far from a somber affair, the night turned into a high-octane 10th-anniversary celebration of The Soft Boys, featuring Kimberley Rew and Morris Windsor. With Peter Buck adding his signature jangle to tracks like "Chinese Bones" and "A Globe of Frogs," the set is a masterclass in psychedelic garage-rock. It captures a rare moment where Hitchcock’s avant-garde whimsy intersected with real-world activism, delivered with a raw, electric intensity that remains unmatched in his live archives.
