IRON BUTTERFLY - THE BEST OF IRON BUTTERFLY EVOLUTION
1971 US first pressing of the compilation, released by ATCO, catalog # SD 33-369, with alternate yellow labels with ST-C-712305 PR printed above the STEREO logo instead of at the bottom and 1841 Broadway, New York, N.Y. address in rim text. Back cover states "Manufactured under license issued by Atlantic Recording Corporation to Record Club of America, Inc."
Sleeve grades VG+ with good color/finish/original gloss, a bit of edgewear, shapely but softened corners and just a bit of ring wear.
Vinyl play grades VG. Overall the record plays VG/VG+ at various spots. Side one has just a touch of static and a pop or two in between a couple songs but mainly plays VG+, while Side two has some static behind the music and in between songs. Very clean vinyl visually, just a handful of light surface marks/hairlines visible under direct bright light and/or magnification.
